It’s important that these people are accountable for their behaviour, what my concerns are is they will come up with another kind of scam. My experience from dealing with this situation is the art world lacks a sharing of these kinds of experiences. These scammers did not only scam artist’s like myself but also the artist’s credibility on VVI platform too.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to all the artists who shared their experiences Let’s not let these kinds of people block our art creative hearts from making any more.

I was lucky enough that when I filed with my credit card company, they did all their checking and then issued me a full refund. I was lucky, this experience did not cost me any money, but it did teach me a valuable lesson(s).
